3Es Discipleship: Empowering Early Educators

Concerned about the lack of results in community-based schools, our Co-Founder and Director Training, Kashi Javed, conducted M.Phil research, revealing a literacy gap impacting students’ educational journeys.

Identifying unqualified teachers and leadership as a core issue, Chopan Trust launched the 3Es Discipleship: Empowering Early Educators program. This initiative aims to develop early educators’ skills, establish literary foundations, train school leadership, and eliminate detrimental mindsets. Beyond one-time trainings, regular monitoring ensures sustained positive results, closing the literacy gap in community-based schools.
